This Privacy Policy describes how Softosist Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") collects, processes, stores, and protects user information when you use our mobile application PadhleBe (the "Application" or "App").

We are committed to maintaining the highest privacy standards for our students and educators. By downloading and installing PadhleBe from the Google Play Store, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information:

• Account Details: Name, email address, registration logs, and profile pictures when you create a sync profile.
• Academic Metrics: Focus session durations, checklist task milestones, streak metrics, and leaderboard quiz scores.
• Referral Identifiers: Unique referral codes used to coordinate the invite credit rewards tracker.

We integrate third-party developer software kits (SDKs) to perform analytical tasks, track performance issues, and handle secure app purchases. These third-party services may collect information used to identify your device under their respective privacy rules:

4. Data Deletion & Account Deletion Policy

In compliance with Google Play developer policies and global regulations (GDPR/CCPA), PadhleBe guarantees users full authority over their data.

How to request data deletion:

• In-App Deletion: You can completely purge your account and erase all associated cloud synced notes, planner milestones, and scores by heading to Settings → Account Settings → Delete Account inside the PadhleBe app.
• Online Request: You can submit an immediate automated deletion request using our Account Deletion Portal by entering your registered mobile number and verifying it with a WhatsApp OTP, or by sending an email request to info@softosist.com.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

PadhleBe is built as an educational aid. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the event that we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.

If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@softosist.com so that we will be able to perform the necessary deletion routines.

6. Security of Data

We value your trust in providing us your personal information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
